摘要
本文简介了我国双语教学的界定及双语教学实践的历史和现状,认为基础教育阶段成功开展双语教学的关键是:与时俱进,更新教育教学理念;通过各种渠道,提高教师业务素质和综合素质;开发“隐性课程”,努力营造良好的双语教学环境;开展丰富多彩的语言活动,提高学生的外语运用能力。
This paper gives a brief idea of the definition of bilingual education,as well as its history and status quo in China.The authors believe that success of bilingual education in elementary schools lies in that:1)our education con- cept should be renewed in pace with times;2)professional and comprehensive qualities of teachers should be improved by various means;3)hidden curriculum should be developed to improve the bilingual education environment;and 4) various language activities should be held to improve the students' ability to use the foreign language.
