高职教育要利用自身优势为农村劳动力转移服务。本文从提高认识,健全机制,争取多方支持；以就业为导向,开展订单式培训；结合实际,采取多种形式的培训方式,以及严格管理、确保质量、提供信息、保障就业、跟踪服务等方面对高职教育如何为农村劳动力转移服务提出了思路和意见。

High Vocational Education should take its own advantages to serve tae countryside labor shift.This paper gives some thoughts and ideas on how high vocational education serves the countryside labor shift.Such things can be done,for example,improving understanding,strengthening systems and getting supports from many other places.With the orientation of employment,order-style training can be made.In addition,combining with practice,having all kinds of training,managing strictly,ensuring quality,giving information,guarantying employment and following ser- vice should be done too.
