语文教师应具备的基本素质

Shallow Discussion about Fundamental Quality of Chinese Teacher

语文教师是语文教育过程施教的主体,其教书育人的双重职责决定了其德才兼备的素质标准。本文着重分析了语文教师应具备的审美情趣和主观激情、知识修养和专业追求、教学方法和语言艺术等三方面的基本素质。

Chinese language and literature teacher is the main part during the Chinese language and literature educa- tion,his quality standard with morality and same capacity is decided by his twofold responsibility of teaching and edi- fication.This article mainly analyzed three fundamental qualities of aesthetic sentiment and subjective passion, knowledge accomplishment and speciality pursuit,teaching ways and speech skills,wich the college Chinese lan- guage and literature teacher should have.
