世纪初,高校扩招、高校后勤社会化、网络信息、学分制等给高校德育工作带来严峻挑战。面对新情况、新问题,高校德育工作应把尊重、关心、理解、帮助学生作为高校德育工作出发点,把构建环境,优化校园、社区、网络作为高校德育工作的切入点,把构筑队伍,建立一支知识密度高、踏实肯干的德育工作队伍作为高校德育工作的着重点,把构架模式,促进德育工作实效作为高校德育工作的落脚点,切实推进高校德育工作。

In the beginning of the century,ideological education in university have to face up to some new situations such as expanding and employing more students,sociation in logistics.In facing such questions,ideological education must respect studengs,care for students,understand students and help studengs.At the same time,the university should create better situations.Furthermore,it is very important to form a capable team.At last,to create an effective mode is necessary.
