摘要
网络计划方法自20世纪60年代传入中国后,在生产中得到了应用,它符合工程施工的要求,特别适用于施工的组织与管理。如何在建筑工程施工管理中提高网络计划技术的应用水平是本文所要讨论的问题。
The project network got an application in the production after 60's in 20 centuries streamed into China,it meets the request of engineering construction,suit to used for construction specially of organization and management. How to improve the application level of project network in the construction engineering construction manages is the problem that this text wants to discuss.
