中职学校开展礼仪教育的探索与实践

礼仪教育目前已成为众多中职学校德育工作的重点,中专学生面临就业的考验,从社会对人才的需求分析来看,礼仪教育不能忽视。因此,在教育实践中应注重提高学生学习礼仪的兴趣,培养学生互相尊重、平等相待,培养他们注意仪态、学会运用礼貌用语等,使礼仪知识在学生身上得以升华,形成高雅气质。

Ceremony education has become the most important work of moral education in many middle ceremony schools,students of middle profession,students of these schools facing to the work problem,what's more ceremony e- ducation can not be ignored from the analysis of the human source needs by society。Therefore,we should pay atten- tion to enhance the students'interest to learn ceremony knowledge,make them to respect and treat each other equally, and let them attent their body gesture and politeness language during the education language during the education prac- tice,so,this can make ceremony knowledge a deep influence on the students to form them a good personality charac- ter。
