教师肩负着传播人类文明,开发人类智慧,塑造人类灵魂的神圣使命。素质教育在课堂教学中实行的如何,直接关系到学生的健康成长,关系到教育的质量和水平,关系到民族和国家的未来。所以在课堂教学中教师应为学生树立榜样,在教学过程中真正做到以学生为本,不断反思自己的教学过程,用真情、热情、激情去感染学生。

The teacher shoulders a sacred mission which disseminates the human culture,develops the human wisdom and figures the human soul.How does the quality-oriented education implement in the classroom teaching is directly related to the student's health growth,also related to the quality and level of the education,the future of the nation and the states.Therefore the teacher should set up the example in the classroom teaching for the students,really achieve students-oriented during the teaching process and reconsider unceasingly own teaching process,communicat- ing the students with the true feelings,the enthusiasm and the heartthrob.
