摘要
思想政治教育的基本职能理应是两个：推动整个社会教育环境的发展和促进受教育者的个性化发展。本文将初步探讨受教个性与施教环境的关系、个性化教育与教育环境的关系。
The ideological education should have two basic functions.One is to advance the development of social ed- ucation environment,and the other is to promote the personality development of the receiver.The writer of this essay will probe into the relation between the personality of the receiver and education environment and the relation between personality education and education environment.
