It is key that school's competitiveness is put up by quality of training engineering applied talents in“teach- ing type”ordinary colleges and universities.By analysis questions of“elite education”,curriculum system is de- signed,contents of courses are integrated,course time of practicality teaching is added,and practicality-teaching segments of applied and designed are emphasis in teaching plan.
