摘要
以黄花蒿嫩茎、叶为外植体,对其进行了以快速繁殖为目的的组织培养研究。结果表明:带腋芽的茎段在MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+KT1.0mg/L的培养基上,不定芽诱导率较高。在MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+2,4D1.5mg/L的培养基上,茎和叶的愈伤组织诱导率最高;愈伤组织诱导不定芽以MS+IAA0.2mg/L+6-BA2.0mg/L的培养基为好。
Using leaves and stems of Artemisia annua L.as explants,this experiment's purpose to study the ways of micropropagation.The results show:stem segments with axillary buds are cultured in the medium Ms with 6-BA 1. 0mg/L and KT 1.0mg/L,many shoots would emerge,and the induction rates of axillary buds were high;in the medi- um MS with 6-BA 0.5mg/L and 2,4-D 1.5mg/L,the callus induction rates of leaves and stems were best;induce callus to produce shoots,the Ms with IAA0.2 mg/L and 6-BA2.0 mg/L was the best medium.
