摘要
从经营环境的角度来看待欧洲迪斯尼开业之后经营失败的原因,涉及到许多方面。本文针对欧洲迪斯尼乐园初期的问题表现,主要从宏观的外部环境入手进行分析。通过分析,指出其经验教训,进而为迪斯尼公司在中国的经营带来一定的启示。
From the point of operation environment of European Disney ,to consider the various reasons for the failure of its management .The thesis analyzes the primary problems of European Disney for its external environment .The analysis is also a good lesson to the future operation in inland China.
