五年制大专高职教育是职教中的一个难点,本文在分析了学生的实际情况的基础上,又通过一些实践,认为采取“心理暗示”、“从小事做起”等方法服务、管理和教育学生,努力提升学生自我意识,培养学生良好行为品质,是可以把五年制大专学生培养成对社会有益的人的。

Five-year vocational higher education system is a difficult form in vocational higher education. In this article, after analyzing the students’ practical situation and by some practice, it is believed that adopting the methods such as 'psychological imply', 'doing from small thing' and so on to service, manage and educate students, trying to improve students’ self-awareness, and cultivating student’s fine behavior and character can foster the students of five-year vocational higher education system into useful persons for the society.
