摘要
关于身份权的客体,向有争议。有身份说,精神利益说,法定无形利益说,身份利益说,对方当事人说等等。本文认为,身份权的客体具有多样性,包括人身、物、行为和智力成果等。
There are argues for the identity right's object.Some kinds of ideas exist such as identity,spiritual interests,legal shapeless interests,identity interests,adversary party interests.This article considers that identity right's object has diversity,including person,property,act and intellectual property and so on.
