摘要
在参考了近二十年来关于“内部营销”研究相关文献的基础上,概括提出了目前内部营销研究主要集中在三个方面,即“内部营销是什么”、“内部营销怎么做”、内部营销的应用情况,客观指出了目前尚存在的缺陷,提出了内部营销今后研究的新方向。
s:Based on consulting studies on theories and applications of internal marketing during the last two decades,three major aspects to the development of internal marketing researches are involved in this paper,of which are what internal marketing is,how internal marketing does and the application situations of internal marketing.In the end,the author points out objectively the defects on present theoretical studies,and also puts forward a few suggestions on the direction of internal marketing research in the future.
