摘要
本文介绍图书馆目标管理的内涵、特点及作用;根据目标管理的特点,分析中职图书馆管理方法上目前存在的问题,提出在中职图书馆推行目标管理的必要性和具体步骤。
This article introduces the content,features and function of objectives management.Analyzing the problems in the management,it puts forward the necessities and concrete steps to implement objectives management in the libraries in professional schools.
