Running a College under the Co-operation of Universities and Enterprises;Educating Students under the Combination of Schooling and Industries

阐述了高职院校校企合作、工学结合的人才培养方式。探讨寻求切实可行的"双师型"教师队伍建设途径和适用于高职高专的专门教材,是目前各高职院校改革和发展的紧迫任务。通过调查研究,从企业和学校自身两个层面分析了校企合作、工学结合的好处。

This article expounds that at present in order for all advance vocational colleges to reform and de-velop,it is the urgent to run a college under the co-operation of universities and enterprises,educate students under the combination of schooling and industries,and seek the approaches of establishing feasible Double certificated professional teachers as well as professional teaching materials for advanced vocational college students. This article analyses the current conditions of running a college under the co-operation of universities and enterprises,and edu-cating students under the combination of schooling and industries,based on our own situations. Through investiga-tion,the author analyzes the benefits of running a college under the co-operation of universities and enterprises,and educating students under the combination of schooling and industries from both aspects of enterprises and uni-versities.
