摘要
采用座谈、问卷调查等方法对福建省9所高校的40名辅导员和泉州光电信息职业学院的50名大学生就辅导员应具备的素质、政治辅导员素质现状进行调查与分析。指出高校辅导员的素质急待提高。
On the basis of informal discussions and questionnaires,a survey on counselors’necessary quali-ties and the current situation of counselors’qualities was launched in 9 colleges in Fujian province,with the parti-cipants of 40 counselors and 50 students. The conclusion is that the improvement of counselors’qualities in advan-ced vocational colleges is urgent.
