浅析高职院校辅导员队伍的角色定位及发展

新时期高职高专院校得到了长足的发展,办学实力不断增强,招生规模不断扩大。高职院校的学生管理队伍——辅导员,作为联系学校和学生的桥梁和纽带,所起的作用也是至关重要的。总体上看,辅导员队伍还不能很好地适应高职高专院校的快速发展,还存在着一些问题和困难。因此,新形势下如何对高职高专院校辅导员队伍进行一个准确的角色定位,如何明确辅导员队伍未来的发展方向,就显得尤为重要。

During the latest period,advanced vocational colleges have achieved great progress: its power of running a school has gone from strength to strength;its recruiting scale has enlarged gradually. Counselors,stu-dent's administrative team of the advanced vocational and professional college,play a very important role as the bri-dge and bond between students and colleges. But in general they cannot well adapt the rapid development of the ad-vanced vocational college. There still exist certain difficulties and problems. Therefore,in the new situations,it be-comes very important for the counselors to find their right positions and make sure of their future development di-rections.
