Practice and training are a necessary teaching process linking with educating talented PEOPLE. But the building of the practice and training bases needs a huge fund,and how can we solve the problem? This paper has investigated three methods which make use of social resources mode to establish the practice and training bases for the students,so as to solve the problem of the huge fund needed to construct the bases.
