高等职业技术教育的飞速发展导致了它的办学规模与规格、专业结构与功能、发展前景与趋势等方面与我国经济发展速度不相适应。地方性高等职业院校管理体制创新就是要改革旧的管理模式,逐步建立符合我国国情和地方特色的高等职业教育管理体制,重点在办学特色、教学质量、学生就业方面下功夫。

The advanced vocational-technical school develops rapidly,it leads to the scale of study programs and specification,specialized structure and function and prospects for development and tendency aren't compatible with the speed of economical development in our country.The innovation of managing system in the local advanced professional colleges is that we must reform the old managing pattern,and establish vocational education managing system gradually that conforms to our country national condition and the local characteristic.We must pay more at-tention in the school characteristic,the quality of teaching,and the employment of student.
