摘要
分析新时期高校学生团队精神培养的重要性,介绍高校学生团队的含义、组建团队过程中主要影响因素和团队精神的理论内涵,并重点阐述高校学生团队精神的主要培养模式和教育方法。
The significance of university student'steam spirit cultivation in new era isanalyzed in thebeginning of this paper.The meanings of university student's team,the important influencing factors in building team process and the theoretic content of team spirit are introduced.The primary cultivation pattern and the education methods of university student's team spirit are explained in detail.
