摘要
进行本科教学工作水平评估是提高高校教学质量的重要手段。高校应以本科教学工作水平评估为契机,建设一支结构合理、素质优良、业务精深、相对稳定、充满活力的师资队伍。
Carrying on the undergraduate teaching level assessments is an important means to improve the qual-ity of teaching. Universities should take it as an opportunity to construct a teacher's team with reasonable structure, fine quality,profound professional work,relative stabilization and full of vitality.
