To Strengthen the Construction of Teachers' Team and Improve the Quality of Teachers

培养和建立一支高素质、有特色高等职业教育教师队伍是发展高等职业教育的关键,本文试图从师资队伍建设的目标、改善师资队伍学历结构、"双师型"教师队伍建设、兼职教师队伍建设、师资队伍的培训培养工作、高职教学研究、加强教师队伍思想道德建设等方面阐述如何加强高职师资队伍建设,提高教师素质。

To train and build a team of high talented and special characteristic vocational teachers will be the key to the development of higher vocational education. This paper tries to talk about how to strengthen the construc-tion of teachers team from the following points:the goal of the construction of teachers team,the improvement of the academic credentials for teachers,the part-time teachers team,the training of teachers team,the ideological and moral education of teachers team etc,so as to improve the quality of teachers team.
