This article attempts to elaborate one aspect of the education curriculum reforms-the new requests of reforms for the educational technique abilities of the teacher. The main text firstly elaborates the basic idea of the new curriculum reforms,as well as the implication of the teachers who should possess the educational technique ability,and discusses the importance of educational ability in this foundation to the new curriculum,then shows the changes in which the teaching reform have brought,including teachers,students,teaching materials and so on, in which the author puts forward the new requests of the curriculum reforms for the teacher's educational technique ability.
