论我国政府危机管理体系的现状及对策

On the Present Situation and Countermeasure of Chinese Government Crisis Management System

危机管理理论作为一门独立的学科出现并受到各国政府的重视开始于20世纪60年代。在此之后,为了应对各种突发性公共事件及危机,各国政府加大了政府危机管理体系的建构力度。但是我国的政府危机管理体系仍存在着一些问题,为此,有必要改革和整合现行政府管理,建立完善有效的危机管理机制,切实加强危机管理。

As an independent discipline,crisis management theory emerged and was considered important by many governments in the 1960s,afterwards,many governments emphasized the construction crisis management system to handle a variety of public events and sudden crisis.But China's government crisis management system have some problems,therefore it is necessary to reform and integrate the current government management to estab-lish effective crisis management system.
