Production and Elimination of the Bubble Default in the Glass Products

摘要 玻璃制品的生产过程中,如果澄清工艺控制不当即容易造成气泡而使制品产生缺陷。本文探讨了玻璃配合料熔融过程中产生的气体和玻璃液之间的相关反应,熔体上方气氛的影响,以及主要气体的溶解与扩散。提出选择合理的熔化和澄清工艺,可以明显影响气体从玻璃液中的排出和溶解,从而在制品中更有效地消除气泡缺陷。 In the producing process of the glass products,if clarifying craft is improperly controlled,it is easy to cause the bubble and make it defect. This article discusses the gas produced by melting the glass coordination material and its relevant responses of glass liquid,the influence of the atmosphere above the melting body ,dissolv-ing and diffusion of the main gas,and then puts forward the resolving method:a good and reasonable melting and clarifying craft system may obviously influence the gas discharging and dissolving from glass liquid,and thus more bubble defects in process would be eliminated effectively.
