随着社会主义市场经济的发展和高校内部管理体制改革的逐步深入,我国的高等教育取得了长足进步,高校财务管理的内涵也日益丰富,发生了许多根本性变化,如财务工作多层次、利益主体多元化、财务管理细致化等,但同时也产生了许多弊端及亟待解决的问题制约着高校进一步发展,这需要高校切实采取措施提高财务管理水平。因此,加强高校财务管理势在必行。

With the development of market economy and further managing reform of the college and university in our country,the higher education has advanced quickly and the financial management in it has been enriched such as multiple——layered financial work,the diversity of the interest of living and the fine financial management etc. Meanwhile lots of financial problems in college arise and wait to be solved immediately. It is necessary for college to improve its financial management. So it is imperative to reinforce the financial management in college.
