谈高校人事档案工作中存在的问题及对策

Problems on College Personnel Archives Management and the Countermeasures

近年来,随着知识经济的不断发展和人才市场需求的日益增长,各高校间的人才流动逐渐频繁,高校的人事档案工作也随之暴露出了一些问题。这些问题的存在影响了人事、组织部门的工作效率,表明了在新形势下高校的人事档案工作需要不断改进和提高。

The constant development of the knowledge economy and an increasing demand of the job market in recent years has brought about more frequent flowing of college talents. Consequently,some problems emerge in the college personnel archives management. The existing of these problems reduces the efficiency of the functioning of hu-man resources and organizing departments in college and therefore it is revealed that immediate improvement in these aspects is needed. This paper proposes some practical counter measures on the basis of these problems.
