高职院校以学生发展为导向的学生工作机制构建

The Construction of Working System of Students’ Development-oriented

针对高职院校学生工作存在的理念落后、目标错位、范围偏窄、新途径较少等弊端,从党和国家教育方针的内在要求,科学发展观在学生工作中的实现,促进学生因材发展必然需要,现代高等教育学生工作的发展趋势等方面阐述了"学生发展"理念在高职院校学生工作中的价值内涵,探索了构建以学生发展为目标,服务和引导为主要内容,校园文化建设为支撑的学生工作机制,并提出了具体措施。

To the deficiencies which include out-dated theory,target dislocation,narrow ranges and lack of new approaches in higher vocational schools. This paper discusses the significance of student development in higher vocational schools from the perspectives of internal requirement in terms of CPC educational policy,the application of scientific outlook on development,the necessity of suitable teaching measures for individual students’ development,as well as the trend of students education in colleges,it also explores a new system of student education, which is based on student development,oriented with services and supported by campus culture.
