高校教师胜任特征研究综述 被引量:1

摘要 借鉴胜任特征在工业组织领域内应用的已有成果,结合高校教师的职业特点,在国内外相关研究的基础上,提出了高校教师胜任特征研究的技术路线,并拟采用问卷调查的形式,通过职位分析、专家小组讨论、行为事件访谈等方法展开研究和论证。
