摘要
合理进行社区公共设施规划布局具有重要的研究和应用价值。针对社区公共设施规划布局的特殊性,本文在现有千人指标法计算社区公共设施配置数量的基础上,建立基于加权距离总和最小的社区公共设施空间布局模型,并利用交互探索式优化算法和圆形缓冲区法进行求解,从而得到公共设施的最优空间位置和最优空间选址范围。本文提出的这一模型与方法可为社区公共设施规划布局提供一种新思路,同时也为相关同类规划研究提供一定的参考价值。
Justifiability of community public facility planning has important investigative and application value. For the particularity of community public facility planning, the paper set up the location model based on a weight sum of the minimum distance of community facilities space on the basis of existing thousand index method to configure the number of established community facilities. Then the interactive exploratory optimization algorithm and circular buffer method are used to obtain the optimal spatial location and the best range of spatial location of community public facilities. The study can provide a new idea and method for community public facility planning, while also providing a reference value for similar problems related research.
