优质护理干预老年冠心病患者的护理观察

Nursing Observation of Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease with Quality Nursing Intervention

目的探讨优质护理干预老年冠心病患者的预防效果。方法方便抽样选取自2015年7月至2016年4月本科室收治的老年冠心病患者85例,随机分成优质护理和常规护理组。比较分析两组患者护理满意度及心脏不良事件的发生率情况。结果优质护理组各心脏不良事件的发生率均明显低于常规护理组(P <0.05);而优质护理组患者护理满意度明显高于常规护理组(P <0.05)。结论优质护理可以有效减少心脏不良事件的发生,从而提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the preventive effect of high quality nursing intervention on elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of85 elderly patients with coronary heart disease from July 2015 to April 2016 were selected and randomly divided into high quality nursing group and routinenursing group. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction and metabolic changes. Results The changes of the metabolic valuesin the high quality nursing group were significantly lower than those in the routine nursing group （P 〈0.05）, while the satisfaction degree of the patients inthe high quality nursing group was significantly higher than that in the routine nursing group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing intervention caneffectively improve the complications of elderly female patients with diabetes, enhance the treatment effect and improve the quality of life.
