护理风险管理对呼吸内科护理质量及不良事件的影响

Influence of Nursing Risk Management on Nursing Quality and Adverse Events in Respiratory Medicine

目的探讨护理风险管理对我院呼吸内科护理质量及不良事件的影响。方法选择2012年1月至2017年12月我院101例呼吸内科患者分为对照组(51例,给予常规护理管理)和观察组(50例,给予护理风险管理)。比较护理质量评分、不良事件发生率、护理满意度。结果观察组的各项护理质量评分明显高于对照组,观察组的不良事件发生率低于对照组,观察组的护理满意度高于对照组,P <0.05。结论护理风险管理有助于提高呼吸内科护理服务质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of nursing risk management on nursing quality and adverse events in respiratory medicine of our hospital.Methods From January 2012 to December 2017, 101 cases of respiratory medicine in our hospital were selected and divided into control group （51 cases,treated with routine nursing management） and observation group （50 cases, treated with nursing risk management）. The scores of nursing quality, incidenceof adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results The scores of nursing quality in the observation group were significantly higher than thosein the control group. The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction of theobservation group was higher than that of the control group, P 〈0.05 Conclusion Nursing risk management helps improve the quality of nursing service inrespiratory medicine department, and is worthy of promotion.
