超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞麻醉的临床效果分析被引量：8

摘要目的分析超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞麻醉的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年1月至2017年1月收治的上肢手术患者158例作为研究对象,随机分A、B两组各79例,分别实施超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞麻醉和传统解剖定位下臂丛神经阻滞麻醉,比较两组患者的麻醉效果。结果 A组麻醉操作时间短于B组(P <0.05);A组感觉阻滞起效时间短于B组(P <0.05);A组镇痛效果好于B组(P <0.05)。结论超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞麻醉较其他麻醉方式而言,麻醉操作时间短且起效快,具有更好的镇痛效果,可在临床上推广。
