按摩手法联合通乳汤中药塌渍治疗产后缺乳患者的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Postpartum Lack of Breast Cancer by Massage Manipulation Combined with Tongyao Decoction

目的探讨按摩手法联合通乳汤中药塌渍治疗产后缺乳患者的临床疗效。方法选自大连市中医医院2016年1月至2017年1月收治的产后缺乳患者60例,随机分成对照组30例,采取手法按摩的治疗方法。试验组30例,在对照组的基础上采用乳房按摩及通乳汤中药塌渍的治疗方法,观察两组患者治疗的有效率。结果试验组有效率明显优于对照组,数据比较具有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论中医手法按摩联合通乳汤中药塌渍治疗产后缺乳患者安全有效,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine Tongru soup stains treatment of postpartumhypogalactia patients. Methods 60 cases of postpartum milk deficiency were selected from Dalian Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January2016 to January 2017. They were randomly divided into 30 cases of the control group, and treated with manual massage. The test group of 30 cases,treatment of breast massage and Tongru Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains were used in the control group on the basis of observationand treatment, two groups of patients with efficiency. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was obviously better than that of the control group,and the difference of the data was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion TCM Massage Combined with Chinese medicine Tongru soup stains is safeand effective in the treatment of postpartum hypogalactia patients, it is worthy of popularization and application.
