摘要
聊天机器人是自然语言处理和人工智能领域中的一个重要研究方向。近年来,聊天机器人系统的研究受到了广泛关注。综合运用各种人工智能技术,对推动人机对话的发展有重要意义。梳理近些年的研究,从研究背景及其意义,延伸到当前国内外对相关技术的研究现状。同时在聊天机器人的分类、系统框架、构建方法、技术评测等几个方面做详细的介绍。总结现有研究中存在的不足并对未来的发展趋势进行展望。
Chatbot is an important research direction in the field of natural language processing and artificial intelligence. In recent years, the research of chatbot system has attracted wide attention. The application of AI technology is of great significance to the development of man-machine conversation. In this paper, the research related to chatbot in recent years was reviewed, such as the research background and significance, and the research status of related technologies at home and abroad. The classification, system framework, construction method and technology evaluation of chatbot were introduced in detail. We summarized the shortcomings of the existing research and looked forward to the future development trend.
