基于Flash的氯化生产与控制过程动态模拟的研究与实现 被引量:3

摘要 针对化工企业氯化生产过程中所出现的安全隐患,基于Adobe Flash Professional CS5开发环境对化工企业氯化生产和控制过程进行模拟实现。采用"自上而下—>模块划分—>逐步求精"的研究思路,从氯化生产与控制过程的每个关键部分入手,分模块模拟各个部分的工作流程。同时保持系统的协调配合,使模拟生产过程承接无误、动作连贯。将每个过程的关键环节呈现出来,产生一个详细直观的模拟过程,使管理、维护及操作人员能够步骤清晰、协调配合,也可为建立统一生产流程标准提供参考。 For potential risks in the processes of production for chlorination in the chemical companies, we implemented simulation based on Adobe Flash Professional CS5 development environment for the production and control processes of chlorination. We adopted the research ideas of “top-down” to “division of module” to “stepwise refinement”. We started from each key part of the production and control process of chlorination. We simulated each parts of the workflow based on sub-modules, and in the meanwhile maintained coordination and cooperation of the system, thus making the simulated production process correct and coherent. By presenting key aspects of each process, a detailed and visual simulation was shown. Therefore, the personnel for management, maintenance and operation could be clear and coordinate. It can provide reference for the establishment of a unified standard for the production processes.
