摘要
阐述了RFID系统相关的通信原理;在充分理解反向散射调制的基础上,详细介绍了RFID射频收发系统工作原理和组成架构;UHF RFID发射电路采用ASK调制,接收电路采用I/Q直接变频的结构。运用ADS软件根据GJB 7377标准的要求,进行发射电路和接收电路的系统级仿真及收发隔离仿真分析。
The communication principle ralated to the RFID system are presented. Based on full understanding of the backscatter mudulation, the work principle and framework of the RFID RF transceiver system are described in detail. ASK modulation is used in the UHF RFID transmitter circuit, and I/Q direct frequency conversion structure is used in the receiver circuit. By using ADS( Advanced Design System) software and the required parameters of GJB 7377 protocol, system-level simulation of the transmitter and receiver circuits is carried out, and transceiver isolation is analyzed in simulation.
