The connotation and scope of the basic specialty of aeronautical technology and aeronautical metrology are briefly described. Secondly,the top definition and requirements of the basic measurement technology in the development of equipment are combed and analyzed. On this basis, the status of the step type upgrading of the equipment measurement in the development of aircraft and the demand for measurement technology are combined.
