基于LMS的液压助力器特性虚拟试验测试

摘要 以某型飞机的液压助力器为例,介绍了基于LMS软件平台的液压助力器特性虚拟试验测试研究。结合实际情况,首先利用CAD软件建立了液压助力器的虚拟试验平台三维模型,通过LMS Virtual. Lab Motion建立了多体动力学分析模型,然后根据助力器参数分别建立LMS Imagine. Lab Amesim液压系统模型,并建立Simulink虚拟试验平台的控制系统模型,通过把三维模型和一维模型集成到AMESim中进行联合仿真,分析了不同工况下液压助力器的动静态特性性能,通过对比物理试验平台测试数据与虚拟试验平台测试数据,表明液压助力器特性的虚拟试验平台具有可用性和有效性。 A virtual test research of hydraulic booster characteristic based on LMS is introduced, which takes a hydraulic booster as an example. Combining actual condition, the three-dimensional model of virtual test platform for a hydraulic booster was set up by using CAD software, and the multi-body dynamic analyzes model was established by using LMS Virtual. Lab Motion. Then the hydraulic system model for LMS Imagine. Lab Amesim and the control system model of Simulink virtual test platform were respectively established according to the parameters of the booster. The dynamic and static characteristics of the hydraulic booster under different working conditions are analyzed by carrying out joint simulation, which integrated the 3 D model and the one dimensional model into the AMESim. Comparing physical test platform test data with the virtual test platform test data, it indicates that the virtual test platform of hydraulic booster characteristic is available and effective.
