静电喷涂检测使用装置改进的设计

摘要 为了更好地满足了生产检测需求,提高工装设备的利用率并合理分配空间,设计了一套适合整个静电喷涂检测的工序要求的组合支撑装置,以便在有限的空间内可以一次性合理地摆放更多的零件。该支撑工装底部改成多点插销式设计进行限位,以方便不同的尺寸形状的零件摆放,使空间利用最大化,增加了一次性零件检测数量,大大改善了工序操作的条理性,节约了检测材料与工时,节省了人力,并降低了检测成本,有效地提高了静电喷涂的检测效率,同时通过将原有的固定频率的风机改成可调解的变频风机,有效地改善了静喷过程中排风补风的问题,减少对设备的损坏以及对操作者产生的身体伤害,显著提高了静电喷涂的检测工作质量。 In order to better meet the requirements of production detection, improve the utilization of equipment and allocate space reasonably, a set of combination of support device that is suitable for the whole of detection of electrostatic spraying process is designed, so as to place more parts in a limited space at a time. A multipoint pin-type design is used to limit space at the bottom of the tooling, which is more convenient to put the size of the different shape of parts, so it can put more parts one-time reasonably in the limited space, greatly improves the rationality of the operation process, saves the testing material and the working hours, saves the manpower, reduces the detection cost, and effectively improves the detection efficiency of the electrostatic spraying. At the same time, the original fixed frequency fan is to mediate frequency conversion fan, effectively solved the problem of exhaust ventilation, it saves the testing material, working hours, manpower, and reduces the detection cost, and effectively improves the efficiency of fluorescence detection. At the same time, the original fixed frequency fan is replaced for mediate frequency conversion fan, which can effectively improve the problem of exhaust ventilation in the static spraying process, reduce the equipment damage, improve the quality of the electrostatic spraying greatly.
