摘要
航空机载接近传感器广泛用于飞机起落架系统、舱门系统等进行位置测量。首先介绍了航空机载接近传感器的工作原理,在此基础上结合传感器机载使用环境设计了圆柱形和矩形两种结构形式的航空机载接近传感器产品,并对传感器后端信号调理电路进行设计,最终实现了传感器对金属目标物“接近”和“远离”状态的准确判断。
The airborne proximity sensor was widely used in the aircraft landing gear systems and cabin door systems for position measurement. The operating principle of the airborne proximity sensor was introduced firstly. And then two kinds of proximity sensor products were designed, including cylindrical and rectangular, based on the environmental conditions. The signal conditioner of the sensor was designed at the same time. Finally,the approaching and leaving status was accurate judgment.
