基于STM32的高精度测力装置的设计

摘要 针对军工行业对测力设备的高精度要求,及市场上智能电子测力工具的高价位、大体积等问题,研制了一种智能化、便携式、高精度测力装置;采用电阻应变式传感器为前端信号采集单元,以STM32为主控芯片,通过HX711进行模数转换,结合单片机控制器加以数据处理,由OLED显示屏显示测力值。测试由标准砝码校验,在0~50 N,误差在0.1 N以下,实现了设计目标。设计了具有显示、输入、报警、数据存储功能的可移植性和可扩展性为一体的测力系统。 Aimed at the high price of electronic load equipments on the market and the problems such as large volume, high price and high precision requirements for load equipment, a kind of intelligent, portable, high precision load device is developed. Resistance strain sensor as the front-end signal acquisition unit, and STM32 is used as main control chip. Through the HX711 modulus conversion, data processing is realized, load values are showed by the OLED display. The test was verified by standard weights, with an error of less than 0. 1 N between 0 ~50 N, so the design goal is achieved. The load measurement system with functions of display, input,alarm and data storage is designed.
