摘要 针对普通以太网及传统现场总线在风洞测控系统数据传输中的局限性,设计了基于实时工业以太网的风洞测控系统。系统以工业以太网环网为基础,采用“分散控制、集中管理”的分布式结构方案,充分体现了系统的可靠性、实时性、灵活性及可扩展性等。风洞试验过程及结果表明,系统稳定可靠,满足风洞试验的各项要求。 Based on the limitations of common Ethernet and fieldbus in data transmission of wind tunnel measurement and control system, wind tunnel measurement and control system based on real time industrial Ethernet is designed. The system is based on the industrial Ethernet ring network and adopts distributed structure, which includes decentralized control and centralized management, and has the advantages of reliability, real-time,flexibility and extensibility. The wind tunnel test process and results show that the system is stable and reliable, and meets the requirements of wind tunnel test.
