模拟量制造蒙皮无余量装配技术研究

摘要 蒙皮是飞机结构的主要组成部分,其加工和装配所消耗的工时在飞机的整个生产周期中占据非常大的比例,然而现在传统的模拟量蒙皮加工技术及装配技术相对较低,导致蒙皮在安装过程中需要反复修配作业,消耗大量的工时,增加了飞机的生产周期,且质量难以保证。通过模拟量制造蒙皮进行精确定位,达到无余量装配,可以极大地缩短生产周期,提升产品质量。 The skin is the main component of the aircraft structure, and its processing and assembly occupies a very large proportion in the entire production cycle of the aircraft. However, the traditional simulation of the skin processing technology and assembly technology is relatively low, resulting in the need to repair the skin in the process of installation and consume a lot of time. It has increased the production cycle of the aircraft, and the quality is difficult to guarantee. Accurate positioning of the skin is achieved by simulating the amount, so that the assembly can be achieved without any allowance, which can greatly shorten the production cycle and improve the product quality.
