摘要
简要介绍了基于能力的使用和支撑技术-航空的综合系统结构和功能,并着重讨论了地面系统(健康和维修推理机)的技术开发途径。相对于当前的三级维修策略,意在探索基于状态维修的实现以期使二级维修体制落地。
An integrated system architecture and function overview of the capability-based operations and sustainment technology-aviation(COST-A) is provided, COST-A ground-based system(GBS) and its development approach on the aspect of ground based reasoner are studied. Contrary to the three maintenance levels strategy as of today, the aim is to actualize the two maintenance levels concept which majors in condition-based maintenance.
