摘要
在公司现有PDM工艺管理平台上进行二次开发,结合大修工艺规程特点,研发了适合本单位业务模式的管理系统,实现了发动机修理工艺的结构化编制;建立了大修工艺资源库,实现了工艺编制过程资源从PDM库中直接选取和信息重用;充分考虑电子卷宗管理要求,实现了工序、工步相关参数的结构化管理,为电子卷宗提供结构化数据支持。通过建立系统优化了工艺文件编制过程,提升工艺编制质量及水平,并为下游MES系统提供数据支持;保证了数据的一致性和准确性,提高了工作效率。
A customized process management system is a further development based on the applied PDM platform of a typical aero-engine overhaul factory. It is to fulfill a structured method to compile the process documents for aero-engine overhaul process, and establish an overhaul process resources database, which bring about selecting and utilizing information from the PDM system conveniently. Furthermore, it is considered the requirements of electronic archives, to fulfill structured data generated in working processes and steps. Therefore,this program helps to optimize compiling of process documents more efficiently, and to provide data support for MES system to ensure the consistency and accuracy of process data.
