摘要
航天外测安全系统是运载火箭发射任务的必要组成部分,通过高精度的轨道参数测量和安全控制,保证航天发射任务正常展开。航天外测安全系统需要完成包含单元测试、系统测试、发射测试等在内的多项重要测试流程。现阶段,测试工作主要通过标准仪器、自制测试设备,由专业程度高的技术人员展开,存在流程繁冗、测试要求高、自动化程度不高的特点。通过对系统测试需求、测试流程、系统组成的详细分析,提出并研制了一体化的航天外测测试发射控制系统,并对其关键技术进行梳理,成功完成某包含运载火箭在内的靶场发射任务。
As a vital part of the launch vehicle, aerospace exterior trajectory measurement system plays a very important role in the range launch mission through the high accuracy orbit measurement and safety control.Aerospace exterior trajectory measurement system has a lot of test procedures, such as unit test, system test, and range launch test. All these tests are conducted by standard instruments and complicated customized devices,and require very professional technical engineers. A newly integrated testing launch and control system based on the analysis of the testing requirements, system composition and procedures is given, which has met all the demands and successfully fulfilled a launch vehicle range launch.
