起爆回路导线参数对EFIs放电电流的影响

摘要 爆炸箔起爆系统(EFIs)的起爆回路参数直接影响能量传输效率,其中导线参数是容易忽略却作用明显的一个环节,关于导线参数的研究对提升EFIs的起爆可靠性具有重要意义。在对EFIs起爆回路合理假设和简化的基础上,建立了起爆回路和放电电流最大值模型。基于3种常用的起爆回路传输导线电感模型,分别通过理论计算和试验对所建立的模型进行了验证,并得出结论:在高压电容和充电电压确定的情况下,放电电流最大值只取决于回路电感,与回路电阻无关。所建立的起爆回路理论模型可作为EFIs能量转换效率评估的理论依据。 The discharge circuit parameters of the explosive foil initiation system (EFIs) directly affect the energy transmission efficiency, and the effect of the wire parameters is obvious, which is easy to ignore, and the research on wire parameters is of great significance to enhance the detonation reliability of the EFIs. On the basis of reasonable hypothesis and simplification of EFIs discharge circuit, the model of discharge circuit and the maximum discharge current are established. Based on three kinds of common wire inductance model, respectively, the maximum discharge current of the wire is obtained through calculation and test, and then the conclu- sion is drawn that in the case of high voltage capacitance and charge voltage, the maximum discharge current only depends on the inductance of the loop, which is independent of the circuit resistance. The theoretical model of the discharge circuit can be used as the theoretical basis for the evaluation of EFIs energy conversion efficiency.
