高温下预制装配式混凝土框架节点抗火性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 利用有限元软件ABAQUS对预制装配式混凝土框架节点进行了抗火性能分析,对比分析了预制与现浇节点的变形、破坏形态和耐火极限的差异,详细分析了节点温度分布规律,以及梁长、梁宽、梁高、柱高、柱截面边长等几何参数对预制装配式混凝土框架节点抗火性能的影响。结果表明,梁长、梁高对节点梁端位移影响较大,梁长、梁宽、柱高、柱截面边长则对节点柱端位移影响较大,几何参数对节点转角影响不显著;预制装配式混凝土框架节点与其现浇对比试件具有相近的变形和破坏形态。实际工程中可参照现浇进行装配式节点的抗火设计。 The fire resistance of prefabricated concrete frame joints is analyzed by the finite element software ABAQUS, and the difference cast-in-situ joints is compared of deformation, failure form and fire resistance limit between prefabricated and and analyzed. The effects of the temperature distribution law of the joints and the geometric parameters such as beam length, beam width, beam height, column height and column cross-section length on the fire resistance of prefabricated concrete frame joints are analyzed in detail. The results show that the beam height and the beam length have a great influence on the end displacement of the joint beam; and the beam length, beam width, column height and column cross-section side length have a great influence on the node column end displacement, but the geometric parameters have little significant effect on the joint angle; the pre-fabricated concrete frame joints have similar deformation and failure patterns as compared with the cast-in-place specimens. The fire resistance design of prefabricated concrete frame joints can be carried out with reference to the cast-in-place in actual engineering.
